NEWSTEAD RESIDENCE

After 20 odd years this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit was in need of an upgrade. The new owners commissioned VBI to make some changes before placing it into the rental market. Carpet was changed out for wood flooring. Bathroom cabinets had a face lift and a whole new kitchen was added.

Floor, joinery and lighting plans, colour selections, flooring and material selections, window furnishing, new fans and light fixtures.
